English Entry Requirements
Currently, all our courses require an English requirement of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. See below for the equivalent levels of English and more details!

Completion certificate of AQF Level 4 (Cert IV) or higher completed in Australia in past 2 years.
CAE (Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English) with minimum overall score of 169.
TOEFL minimum overall score of 60.
IELTS minimum overall score of 6.0 with no band score lower than 5.5
PTE minimum overall score of 52 with no band lower than 50.
ELICOS completion certificate showing minimum Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher. Minimum English study of 10 weeks and completed within the past 2 years.
Duolingo English Test with minimum overall score of 105 and no band score lower than 95.
Where English was the Medium of Instruction for the student’s previous studies, the student may be required to provide proof (e.g. a letter or completion certificate from their school confirming the language of instruction was English).
ACBI English Placement Test with an overall grade of Upper-Intermediate (B2). Our internal test is reserved for students who are not enrolled in an ELICOS pathway and have no other alternative proof of English. Students actively enrolled in an ELICOS pathway must provide their completion certificate as proof and should not take the EPT.
